Before using our website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering a Player Account with the website, you agree and confirm your consent with the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions entered into force on 24 March 2026. You are required to read them before you start using the services of the Casino. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not allowed to use the services of the Casino.

WHO CAN PLAY AND TO WHAT YOU AGREE

14. You are not acting on behalf of another party or for any commercial purposes, but solely on your own behalf as a private individual in a personal capacity.
15. You must not either attempt to manipulate any market or element within the Service in bad faith nor in a manner that adversely affects the integrity of the Service or us.
16. You must generally act in good faith in relation to us of the Service at all times and for all bets made using the Service.
17. You, or, if applicable, your employees, employers, agents, or family members, are not registered as an Affiliate in our Affiliate program.
YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICE
1. To collect nicknames, e-mail addresses and/or other information of other Customers by any means (for example, by sending spam, other types of unsolicited emails or the unauthorised framing of, or linking to, the Service);
2. to disrupt or unduly affect or influence the activities of other Customers or the operation of the Service generally;
3. to promote unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation which may be removed from the Service without notice;
4. in any way which, in our reasonable opinion, could be considered as an attempt to: (i) cheat the Service or another Customer using the Service; or (ii) collude with any other Customer using the Service in order to obtain a dishonest advantage;
5. to scrape our odds or violate any of our Intellectual Property Rights; or
6. for any unlawful activity whatsoever.
7. You cannot sell or transfer your account to third parties, nor can you acquire a player account from a third party.
8. You may not, in any manner, transfer funds between player accounts.
9. We may immediately terminate your Account upon written notice to you if you use the Service for unauthorised purposes. We may also take legal action against you for doing so in certain circumstances.
10. Employees of Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional or other agencies, media partners, contractors, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are NOT allowed to use the Service for real money without prior consent from the Company Director or CEO. Should such activity be discovered, the account(s) will be immediately terminated and all bonuses/winnings will be forfeited.
AVAILABILITY OF GAMES
Please bear in mind some games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions, as required by policies of game providers which may change from time to time.
We cannot guarantee that any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses, which residents of the countries restricted hereunder have gained or accrued using any means of encrypted connections over the Internet with the purpose to falsify their geolocation, would not be forfeited and may not be reclaimed by us on demand. Such actions on the part of the players will be regarded as a violation of these Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right not to open, suspend, close your account, withhold payment of your winnings and apply such funds on account of any damages caused by you.
REGISTRATION
You agree that at all times when using the Service:
1. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a registration application from any applicant at our sole discretion and without any obligation to communicate a specific reason.
2. Before using the Service, you must personally complete the registration form and read and accept these Terms. In order to start betting on the Service or withdraw your winnings, we may require you to become a verified Customer which includes passing certain checks. You may be required to provide a valid proof of identification and any other document as it may be deemed necessary. This includes but is not limited to, a picture ID (copy of passport, driver's licence or national ID card) and a recent utility bill listing your name and address as proof of residence. We reserve the right to suspend wagering or restrict Account options on any Account until the required information is received. This procedure is done in accordance with the applicable gaming regulation and the anti-money laundering legal requirements. 3. You have to provide accurate contact information, inclusive of a valid email address (“Registered Email Address”), and update such information in the future to keep it accurate. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date on your Account. Failure to do so may result in you failing to receive important Account related notifications and information from us, including changes we make to these Terms. We identify and communicate with our Customers via their Registered Email Address. It is the responsibility of the Customer to maintain an active and unique email account, to provide us with the correct email address and to advise Company of any changes in their email address. Each Customer is wholly responsible for maintaining the security of his Registered Email Address to prevent the use of his Registered Email Address by any third party. Company shall not be responsible for any damages or losses deemed or alleged to have resulted from communications between Company and the Customer using the Registered Email Address. Any Customer not having an email address reachable by Company will have his Account suspended until such an address is provided to us. We will immediately suspend your Account upon written notice to you to this effect if you intentionally provide false or inaccurate personal information. We may also take legal action against you for doing so in certain circumstances and/or contact the relevant authorities who may also take action against you.
4. You are only allowed to register one Account with the Service. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple Accounts registered with us. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and/or third parties operating on your behalf.
5. In order to ensure your financial worthiness and to confirm your identity, we may ask you to provide us with additional personal information, such as your name and surname, or use any third-party information providers we consider necessary. Should any additional personal information be obtained via third-party sources, we will inform you about the data obtained.
6. You must keep your password for the Service confidential. Provided that the Account information requested has been correctly supplied, we are entitled to assume that bets, deposits and withdrawals have been made by you. We advise you to change your password on a regular basis and never disclose it to any third party. It is your responsibility to protect your password and any failure to do so shall be at your sole risk and expense. You may log out of the Service at the end of each session. If you believe any of your Account information is being misused by a third party, or your Account has been hacked into, or your password has been discovered by a third party, you must notify us immediately. You must notify us if your Registered Email Address has been hacked into, we may, however, require you to provide additional information/ documentation so that we can verify your identity. We will immediately suspend your Account once we are aware of such an incident. In the meantime you are responsible for all activity on your Account including third party access, regardless of whether or not their access was authorised by you.
7. You must not at any time transmit any content or other information on the Service to another Customer or any other party by way of a screen capture (or other similar method), nor display any such information or content in a frame or in any other manner that is different from how it would appear if such Customer or third party had typed the URL for the Service into the browser line.
8. When registering, you will receive the possibility to use all currencies available on the website. Those will be the currencies of your deposits, withdrawals and bets placed and matched into the Service as set out in these Terms. Some payment methods do not process in all currencies. In such cases a processing currency will be displayed, along with a conversion calculator available on the page.
9. We are under no obligation to open an Account for you and our website sign-up page is merely an invitation to treat. It is entirely within our sole discretion whether or not to proceed with the opening of an Account for you and, should we refuse to open an Account for you, we are under no obligation to provide you with a reason for the refusal.
10. Upon receipt of your application, we may be in touch to request further information and/ or documentation from you in order for us to comply with our regulatory and legal obligations.
Your Account
1. Accounts could use several currencies, in this case all Account balances and transactions appear in the currency used for the transaction.
2. We do not give credit for the use of the Service.
3. We may close or suspend an Account if you are not or we reasonably believe that you are not complying with these Terms, or to ensure the integrity or fairness of the Service or if we have other reasonable grounds to do so. We may not always be able to give you prior notice. If we close or suspend your Account due to you not complying with these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets and withhold any money in your account (including the deposit).
4. We reserve the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice and return all funds. Contractual obligations already matured will however be honoured.
5. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager at any time for whatever reason, including any bet perceived to be placed in a fraudulent manner in order to circumvent our betting limits and/ or our system regulations.
6. If any amount is mistakenly credited to your Account it remains our property and when we become aware of any such mistake, we shall notify you and the amount will be withdrawn from your Account.
7. If, for any reason, your Account goes overdrawn, you shall be in debt to us for the amount overdrawn.
8. You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with respect to your Account.
9. Please remember that betting is purely for entertainment and pleasure and you should stop as soon as it stops being fun. Absolutely do not bet anything you can’t afford to lose. If you feel that you may have lost control of your gambling, we offer a self-exclusion option. Just send a message to our Customer Support Department using your Registered Email Address that you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE and this request will take effect within 24 hours from the moment of its receipt. In this case your account will be disabled until your further notice, and you won’t be able to login to it.
10. You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form
11. Should you wish to close your account with us, please send an email from your Registered Email Address to our Customer Support Department via the links on the Website.
DORMANT ACCOUNTS
An inactive Account is a Player Account which a player has not logged into or logged out of for 12 (twelve) consecutive months. If your Player Account is deemed to be inactive, the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee equivalent to Euro 10 (or the current balance of your Player Account, if less) as long as the balance of your Player Account remains positive.
You authorize the Casino to debit this fee from your Player Account on the beginning of the month following the day on which your Player Account is deemed inactive, and on the beginning of every subsequent month that your Player Account remains inactive. The Casino will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is reactivated.

All deposit and withdrawal limits are expressed in Euro herein with equivalent values automatically reflected in each Player’s account currency on the platform.
FEES AND TAXES
You are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to your winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of your residence.
You are fully responsible for paying any and all monies owed to other individuals and/or legal entities.
GAME RULES
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you know and understand the rules of the games offered on the Website. It is at your discretion to familiarise yourself with the theoretical payout percentage of each game.
DEPOSIT INTO ACCOUNT
1. The gaming account can be replenished in any way available at the Casino website at the time of replenishment. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to inquire about the payment methods which are most favorable for your country of residence.
2. In case of replenishment of the gaming account with the currency other than the currency specified by the Gambler when registering, all conversion fees are paid by the Gambler.
3.The Company does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards, e-wallets or other payment methods that are registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated. The Company is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts.
4. The Company reserves the right to set up maximum and minimum amount for single deposit per transaction / maximum daily, weekly and monthly limits for deposits. The minimum amount of replenishment of the gaming account per transaction is equivalent to Euro 20 in the respective available currency.
5. The casino shall not be held responsible for the transfer of client's funds in case the client mistakenly indicates the wrong wallet number or wallet network.
6. Please note that due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied to deposits made through payment systems. If you want to limit your gambling in the casino, please, use any other available option.
7. When depositing using cryptocurrencies, ensure you're depositing an amount greater than or equal to, the minimum deposit limit for that particular currency, as displayed on the deposit page of your account. Deposits below this limit cannot be processed by our payment processor and will not reach your account and nor can they be returned to you.
8. All deposits should be made from an account or payment system or credit card that is registered in your own name, and any deposits made in any other currency will be converted using the daily exchange rate obtained from oanda.com, or at our own bank's or our payment processor’s prevailing rate of exchange following which your Account will be deposited accordingly. Note that some payment systems may apply additional currency exchange fees which will be deducted from the sum of your deposit.
9. The company is not a financial institution and uses a third party electronic payment processor to process credit and debit card deposits; they are not processed directly by us. If you deposit funds by either a credit card or a debit card, your Account will only be credited if we receive an approval and authorisation code from the payment issuing institution. If your card issuer gives no such authorisation, your Account will not be credited with those funds.
10. You agree to fully pay any and all payments and charges due to us or to payment providers in connection with your use of the Service. You further agree not to make any charge-backs or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your deposits, and in any such event you will refund and compensate us for such unpaid deposits including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting your deposit, and you agree that any winnings from wagers utilising those charged back funds will be forfeited. You acknowledge and agree that your player account is not a bank account and is therefore not guaranteed, insured or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system or by any other similar insurance system of any other jurisdiction, including but not limited to your local jurisdiction. Furthermore, the player account does not bear interest on any of the funds held in it.
11. If you decide to accept any of our promotional or bonus offer by entering a bonus code during deposit, you agree to the Terms of Bonuses and terms of each specific bonus.
12. Funds originating from criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized activities must not be deposited with us.
13. If you deposit using your credit card, it is recommended that you retain a copy of Transaction Records and a copy of these Terms.
14. Internet Gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located; if so, you are not authorized to use your payment card to deposit on this site. It is your responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in your country of domicile.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES
1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm your awareness of the fact that gambling may lead to losing money. The Casino is not liable for any possible financial damage arising from your use of the Website.
2. The Casino is not liable of any hardware or software defects, unstable or lost Internet connection, or any other technical errors that may limit access to the Website or prevent any players from uninterrupted play.
3. In the unlikely case where a wager is confirmed or a payment is performed by us in error, the Company reserves the right to cancel all wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake by re-settling all the wagers at the correct terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.
4. If the Casino mistakenly credit your Player Account with a bonus or winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical issue, error in the paytables, human error or otherwise, the amount and/or the winnings from such bonus will remain the Casino property and will be deducted from your Player Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
5. The Casino, its directors, employees, partners, service providers:
do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;
do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;
do not warrant that the Website and/or games will be accessible without interruptions;
shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Website or your participation in the games.
6. You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Website or participation in the Games.
7. You acknowledge that the Casino shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated the Casino's Terms and Conditions in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in the Website.
WITHDRAWALS FROM THE ACCOUNT
1. Withdrawal from the gaming account can be made in any way available at the Casino website at the time of replenishment.
2. The Casino reserves the right to check your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold any refund or withdrawals for the time needed to check your identity. In case you provide false or incomplete Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which you will be informed by email. Reporting by the Casino to applicable regulatory bodies of actions performed by the player may be required.
3. The Casino reserves the right to transfer funds in a way different from the payment method specified by the Gambler.
4. The period of processing requests for withdrawals is from 0 to 48 hours.
5. Date of receipt of money on the Gambler's accounts outside of the Casino depends exclusively on banks and payment systems, to accounts of which the funds are withdrawn.
6. In case of necessity to verify the identity of the Gambler, the time of processing the requests is calculated from the date of verification of the documents requested.
7. It is the player’s sole responsibility to ensure that all documents submitted for the KYC procedure are valid and relevant. Providing faked or fraudulent documents may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.
8. To successfully make a withdrawal, a player must play through their deposited funds at least three (3) times before the withdrawal, i.e. to stake a total amount of bets that is three times bigger than the deposit. This procedure is in line with our anti-money laundering policy.
9. The minimum withdrawal amount from the gaming account per transaction is equivalent to Euro 30 in the respective available currency.
10. The daily limit for funds withdrawal is equivalent to Euro 2,000 in the respective available currency.
11. The weekly limit for funds withdrawal is equivalent to Euro 5,000 in the respective available currency.
12. The monthly limit for funds withdrawal is equivalent to Euro 10,000 in the respective available currency.
13. If a Gambler requested a withdrawal of the funds, but the sum of bets made since the last deposit is less than 3x (three) times the size of that deposit, the Casino reserves the right to charge the Gambler the costs of transaction processing, including deposits and withdrawals.
14. The Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments until the full amount is paid out.
15. All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.
16. Finally, please keep in mind the Casino is not a financial institution. Your account will thus not bear any interests and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.
17. You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of the Casino and are in our experience limited to the equivalent of Euro 16.
18. All Bank Transfer payouts are in principle processed within three (3) banking days. Please mind that you will not be able to request a Bank Transfer for USD payouts.
19. The Casino shall not be held responsible for the transfer of client's funds in case the client mistakenly indicates the wrong wallet number or wallet network.
20. All withdrawals must be made to the original debit, credit card, bank account, method of payment used to make the payment to your Account. We may, and always at our own discretion, allow you to withdraw to a payment method from which your original deposit did not originate. This will always be subject to additional security checks.
21. Should you wish to withdraw funds but your account is either inaccessible, dormant, locked or closed, please contact our Customer Service Department.
22. Please note that we cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event if you breach the Restricted use policy stipulated herein.
23. We reserve the right to use third party electronic payment processors and or merchant banks to process payments made by you and you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions providing they are made aware of you and those terms do not conflict with these Terms.
24. All transactions made on our site might be checked to prevent money laundering or terrorism financing activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authority.
REFUND
1. If you would like to make a refund, please contact our team [email protected].
2. To check the refund, you must provide these documents:
- photos of both sides of your passport, driver's license, or any other form of ID,
- proof of address (proof of address would need to be a photo of a paper document posted to you in the last 90 days, it could be e.g. a government-issued document, a bank document, a bill, or similar.
Alternatively, you can upload the original PDF of a utility bill, or a bank statement (showing your name and account number if you haven’t uploaded it as a proof of address).
3. A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) calendar days if a Player alleges that another individual has accessed his/her Player Account.
4. It may take up to 7 business days for a refund to be decided.
5. If a refund is decided upon, the amount of the refund shall be returned to the Player’s account, the Player shall be informed and the procedure shall be finalized within 48 hours after the decision has been made.
6. If you have funded your account with a Credit Card we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as refunds against the purchases you have made. If your withdrawals exceed the total amount deposited, any excess amount will be paid to you via one of our alternative methods available.
7. In case any Credit Card purchases are considered to carry an unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons either by our Payment processors or by the Casino, we will initiate refunds for all such transactions back to the Credit Card, and notify all the appropriate authorities and parties.
8. Before a refund is processed all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be deducted prior to calculating the amount to be refunded.
USE OF PLAYER ACCOUNT
1. Each player is allowed to create only one (1) personal account.
2. Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead, at the sole discretion of the Casino, to termination of all such accounts and cancellation of all payouts to the player. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.
3. Any returns, winnings or bonuses which the player has gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.
4. The Website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit.
5. You must maintain your account and keep your details up-to-date. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must notify the Casino immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
6. The Casino implements technical and organizational measures to safeguard accounts and reserves the right to request re-authentication or additional security checks if suspicious activity is detected.
7. You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form.
ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
1. We use special techniques to combat fraud in order to prevent any type of financial fraud at the Casino. Any attempt of fraud will result in immediate suspension of the Gambler's account with the right of confiscation of all the funds in favor of Сasino.
2. The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilises various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:
participating in any type of collusion with other players;
development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings;
fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers,
chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made;
creating two or more account;
low risk roulette play where the player betting equal stakes for both black/red or even/odd covering 25 or more out of 37 numbers on the table. (Placing bets on black/red only covers 36 of 37 possible numbers);
other types of cheating;
or becomes bankrupt in the country of their residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate such a Player Account and suspend and/or cancel all payouts to the player. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Company and the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions.
