1. Promotion Period
The "Pragmatic Play's Holiday Prize Express" promotion runs for seven (7) promotional weeks, from 25 November 2026 at 19:01 CET until 13 January 2027 at 23:59 CET.
The first six (6) promotional weeks run from 19:01 CET to 18:59 CET the following Wednesday.
The final promotional week runs from 6 January 2027 at 19:01 CET until 13 January 2027 at 23:59 CET.
2. Participating Games
The promotion is available in any Pragmatic Play Christmas-themed slot games (each a "Participating Game"), subject to operator availability.
3. How to Opt In
To take part, you must join or opt in each week in any Participating Game through the promotional welcome pop-up. Once opted in, you will qualify for the entire applicable promotional week.
If you choose to opt out, you will be excluded only from that week's promotion and may opt in again for subsequent promotional weeks.
By opting in to the promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Qualifying Bets
To qualify for a random prize, you must place real-money spins at any bet stake, subject to the game-specific minimum bet requirements, on any Participating Game (each a "Qualifying Bet").
5. Collectible Symbols
A symbol may be randomly triggered on each Qualifying Bet, with a maximum of one (1) symbol awarded per Qualifying Bet. The configured symbols are ✨, 🎁 and 🎄.
The symbols are used solely to determine eligibility for a random prize. You must collect all three (3) symbols to qualify. No prize, reward or other benefit is awarded for collecting only one (1) or two (2) symbols.
Once you collect a symbol, you can continue playing and collecting any symbols on subsequent Qualifying Bets until you complete the entire set of three (3) symbols.
6. How to Win
Once you have collected all three (3) symbols, the screen will display a selection of chests. Select one (1) chest to open and reveal your random prize.
7. Prizes
Prizes will be awarded either as a multiplier of the winning bet stake (multiplier × bet stake), subject to a maximum bet cap of €2.00 for prize payout, or as twenty (20) or ten (10) Free Spins.

8. Free Spins
Free Spins must be used in the same game in which the prize was won, at the same bet stake used to win the prize. Where the winning bet stake exceeds €2.00, the Free Spins will be awarded at €2.00 (or, if unavailable, the next higher available bet stake).
Free Spins will become available shortly after being awarded. If they do not appear immediately, you may need to refresh the game.
Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time they are awarded. If not claimed or used within this period, they will expire and be forfeited.
9. Bonus Buy and Special Bets
If you purchase an in-game bonus feature ("Bonus Buy") in a Participating Game, any prize will be awarded before entry into the Free Spins feature and will be calculated based on the fixed bet stake of €2.00 per spin, regardless of the cost of the Bonus Buy.
If you place a special bet (e.g. "Ante Bet", "Super Spin"), the prize awarded will be based on the fixed bet stake of €2.00 per spin.
10. Prize Limits
You may win a maximum of two (2) prizes during each promotional week.
11. Participation Terms
There is no additional cost to participate in this promotion. Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.
Participation in this promotion does not alter or affect the game's Return to Player (RTP) or chance of winning.
You can track your collection progress, your winnings, other players' winnings and the prizes remaining in real time through the promotional in-game interface.
12. Technical and Operational Terms
In the event of technical issues, interruptions, or game malfunctions, affected spins or prize outcomes may be voided or reinstated in accordance with the Operator's procedures. Pragmatic Play is not responsible for connectivity issues, device failures, or platform outages that may affect participation or scoring.
Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, including any related terms and conditions, where reasonably necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
13. General Terms
Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activity to detect potential abuse. If abuse or unlawful behaviour is identified, winnings may be forfeited and participation in future promotions restricted. The Operator and Pragmatic Play may take further action where necessary to ensure fairness.
Participation is subject to local laws, age restrictions, and licensing conditions. Certain jurisdictions may limit or prohibit Bonus Buy features, Ante Bet features, or Free Spins awards.
In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions and any other language, the English version shall prevail.
