Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period
The "Pragmatic Play's Holiday Prize Express" promotion runs for seven (7) promotional weeks, from 25 November 2026 at 19:01 CET until 13 January 2027 at 23:59 CET.

The first six (6) promotional weeks run from 19:01 CET to 18:59 CET the following Wednesday.
The final promotional week runs from 6 January 2027 at 19:01 CET until 13 January 2027 at 23:59 CET.

2. Participating Games
The promotion is available in selected Pragmatic Play Roulette, Game Shows and Game Shows Roulette games (each a "Participating Game"), subject to operator availability.

3. How to Opt In
To take part, you must join or opt in each week in any Participating Game through the promotional welcome pop-up. Once opted in, you will qualify for the entire applicable promotional week.

If you choose to opt out, you will be excluded only from that week's promotion and may opt in again for subsequent promotional weeks.

By opting in to the promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Promotion Structure
The promotion has two (2) stages:

• Stage 1 — Instant Prize Drops: From 19:01 CET on 25 November to 18:59 CET on 16 December 2026, players can win instant random prizes while playing any Participating Game. There are three (3) weekly prize drops.

• Stage 2 — Collection Mechanics: From 19:01 CET on 16 December 2026 to 23:59 CET on 13 January 2027, Stage 2 consists of four (4) weekly collection periods. During each promotional week, players who collect all three (3) cards will unlock one (1) randomly awarded prize.

5. Qualifying Bets
To qualify for a prize during the promotion, you must place a real-money bet of at least €2.00 (or currency equivalent) on any Participating Game (each a "Qualifying Bet"). If €2.00 is not available in a particular game, the next higher available bet size will count as a Qualifying Bet.

6. Stage 1 — Prize Drops Mechanics
Prizes are awarded randomly on Qualifying Bets. Each Qualifying Bet can trigger a maximum of one (1) prize.

Prizes are awarded as Free Chips ("Free Chips"), as shown in the in-game interface or in the table below, to be played on any Participating Game:

7. Stage 2 — Collection Mechanics
During Stage 2, a card may be randomly triggered on each Qualifying Bet, with a maximum of one (1) card awarded per Qualifying Bet.

The cards are used solely to determine eligibility for a random prize. You must collect all three (3) cards to qualify. No prize, reward or other benefit is awarded for collecting only one (1) or two (2) cards.

Once you collect a card, you can continue playing and collecting cards on subsequent Qualifying Bets until you complete the set of three (3) cards.

Once you have collected all three (3) cards, the screen will display a selection of chests. Select one (1) chest to open and reveal your random prize.

8. Free Chips Prizes
Free Chips may take up to 5 minutes to be credited to your account. If the prize does not appear after this period, you may need to refresh the game or the Promotions section of the Pragmatic Play Live Casino lobby.

Free Chips can be wagered subject to the applicable Free Chip rules and the selected game.

Free Chips and real-money bets cannot be used within the same game round.

You may place a maximum of three (3) Free Chips per game round.

Free Chips must be claimed and used within 72 hours from the time they are awarded. If they are not claimed or used within this period, they will expire and be forfeited.

Winnings from Free Chips are capped at the following values:
• A maximum of twenty-five Euros (€25) for prizes awarded as 20 × €0.20 chip.
• A maximum of fifteen Euros (€15) for prizes awarded as 10 × €0.20 chip.

Winnings will be credited once either of the following occurs, whichever comes first:
• all Free Chips have been used; or
• the maximum configured winnings cap for the respective prize has been reached, in which case any remaining Free Chips will be forfeited.

9. Prize Limits
You can win a maximum of two (2) prizes during each promotional week.

10. Participation Terms
There is no additional cost to participate in this promotion. Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.

Participation in this promotion does not alter or affect the game's Return to Player (RTP) or chance of winning.

11. Technical and Operational Terms
In the event of technical issues, interruptions, or game malfunctions, affected bets or prize outcomes may be voided or reinstated in accordance with the Operator's procedures. Pragmatic Play is not responsible for connectivity issues, device failures, or platform outages that may affect participation or scoring.

Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, including any related terms and conditions, where reasonably necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.

12. General Terms
Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activity to detect potential abuse. If abuse or unlawful behaviour is identified, winnings may be forfeited and participation in future promotions restricted. The Operator and Pragmatic Play may take further action where necessary to ensure fairness.

Participation is subject to local laws, age restrictions, and licensing conditions. Certain jurisdictions may limit or prohibit Bonus Buy features, Ante Bet features, or Free Spins awards.

In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions and any other language, the English version shall prevail.
